Get Closer to The Nature with Earth Optimism for Access Indonesia

    

    I am close with nature since I was in senior high school. I was a students of vocational high school in tourism major. However, I only enjoy the nature without any thought that I need to safe the beautifulness of nature until I become one of Access students in 2018. In Access, I learned many things that relate to the nature. The most interesting unit that memorable for me is the first unit in the first semester. “Small Action, Big Impact” is the title of the unit that brings me to become person who not only enjoy the view, but also take an action to safe the earth.

    Earth Optimism for Access Indonesia is the best program that I can join to become closer with the nature. Start from marine species, I learn so much species that I can see in the underwater of Indonesia marine. Indonesia have many marine species that unique and beautiful, but it also has a marine problems that need our contribution as an Earth Optimism rangers. I learned many things from the other rangers. Mero also give me a knowledge that I did not know before about marine species that are very beautiful. I am very excited to have a lab activity in Mero. 

    In modules 2, I learned something new that is Citizen Science. I just knew that people who did not have any experiences or knowledge in science can have a role in scientific research. I enjoy the task when I need to search a citizen science project and amazed that it is all interesting for me. Last but not least, I hope a citizen science projects that rangers want to make can become a real project in the future. It will be one of small action that we take to make a big impact for our earth.
